What was the point of this comment?

Did you see all that data about record high temperatures and rainfall and droughts in the past few years just to tell yourself that you know what, I hear such news every day. I guess we can conclude that climate change is not a risk because too much data about it is entering my algorithmic feeds.

Flippant comments which don’t engage on substance makes everything strictly worse. You can do better.
