If Israel was to propose a two-state solution today, would the Palestinians vote for it? They had the chance in 2000, but rejected it, and the deal today would not be as good.

It was a terrible deal then which is why it was rejected. Palestinian opinion was firmly against the previous deal which is why the PLO had to reject it.
