Hmm, good luck rounding up 2 million Palestinians and a 10 million Israelis and sending them out of their ancestral lands. Doesn't sound feasible to me in the least unless you spend 2-3 generations making religion less important to people so that they naturally stop going to Temples and mosques and lose their bond with the land.
